Know and OWN your strengths and ‘vulnerabilities’ (the traits that make you human). Learn to speak about both.

You CAN build trusted relationships through it (around the world!). It can also be a big deterrent to healthy connection and clear communication.

There is a common structure but it’s up to you to master your content, add your personal flare, and influence YOUR specific audience.
